John Steere’s Cider Orchard Premier, Garden Cider Closure and Nespresso Apple Pick

​Today we premiered A Year in an Orchard at Haslemere Town Hall, a short film promoting Orchards and cider making.

​In October we picked 8 trugs of apples at John’s cider orchard at Enton in Witley for Misty Moon Cider (Farnham), with thanks to Justin and Jake of Nespresso. Sadly, the Garden Cider Company had closed and we wish the directors of the Company best wishes with their next projects and thanks for producing lovely cider and dealing with food waste this last decade. We also cut and dug-up Himalayan blackberry from John’s Orchard, a thuggish climber that’s running amok!
