Eashing Cemetery Orchard Trail, Year 4 Fruit Planting

​​On a misty morning in late November, Gareth with the help of two keen volunteers from Ermine (Waverley Borough Council Housing Contractors) set-out 10 planting spots for fruit trees at Eashing Cemetery, for children from St. Marks School on Ockford Ridge to plant.

The following week with the help of over 10 pupils and helpers from the School and the Cemetery Gardening Team, we planted the trees to the rear of the Cemetery. Thank you to the School, Garden Team, Ermine and Godalming Town staff for your help. 2025 will be the final planting event to complete this Orchard Trail.
